Merritt Downs is a deed-restricted community, which helps to maintain aesthetic integrity and protect our property values. As such, per our Restrictive Covenants, Section 3.2 (a), “No construction, reconstruction, remodeling, alteration, or addition of or to any structure, building, fence, wall, drive, or improvement of any nature shall be constructed without obtaining prior written approval…as to the location, plans, and specifications therefor.” If you’re not sure whether or not your project needs prior approval, please give the board a call or send us an email before beginning.
